Anyone still foggy on what white privilege means? Anyone still think it means white people get an easy life?

I have had many conversations with people who say white privilege doesn’t exist, because they grew up poor. That is not what it means. In many of these conversations, white people I’ve been with feel attacked. Something that helped me angle in the discussion is simply talking about representation. If you watch mainstream pop culture movies, ads, music videos, do you see yourself represented?

Events at the US capital yesterday follow the lines of white privilege in regards to police reaction. Anyone got good discussion points about perhaps people recognizing white privilege now who did not in the past?
