global ranking for universities and should i care

Hi there i graduated from a university at Turkey their rank was 14.000th rank and education rrally sucked hard so i tried really hard to learn and develop my self than i went to Erasmus Wroclaw university was 800th in ranking .

now ill apply for a university in Europe for my master degree do you think i should care this rankings while choosing university ?

for example Adam Mickiewicz university has 700th ranking and its okay for my budget.

but there are some scholarships available Hungarian universities such as Eszterhazy Karoly University and their rankinf is 4000 ?

here im close to deadlines still don't know how to choice universities ..

Btw im literally broke working in 2 jobs to pay my tuition fee . and im trying to find an okay university with in the range of my money
