Going back to school for trade school

Hi! I'm almost 30, and dabbled with a lot of jobs and skills. But since covid, I've struggled heavily with photography and had no clients for the whole year. I have a fiancee, and we want to have kids, so I want to start taking life more seriously. Fortunately, I have some savings and can go back to school.

I think it's time I settled for something more stable and sustainable. My friend recommended me to look into trade school. I know it's a broad general term, but I want to know some solid options for me in Oahu. I don't know where to start. I also figured that since Covid is going to stick around for a while, it might be a good time to study something. I was recommended electrician or working shipyard.

I do have have mild back problems, but I've heard pretty much all trades are rough on your back, but at this point beggars can't be choosers. My goal is to be making 60-80k a year after a few years, and possibly higher after maybe a decade in the trade? Looking for something that may take 1~3 years for studying, hopefully this is realistic. I don't know what to expect about trades. I've also asked this in Hawaii sub. Any input or advice is greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
