I recently attended a virtual tour of a private elementary school and asked the administrator to email the slide deck so I could look over it again when making my decision. I am a visual person so looking at slides is very helpful to me. I will be attending other virtual tours and want to keep the differences straight in my mind. She seemed very uncomfortable and said she would not but might send me specific slides if I wanted. A couple days later I emailed her asking only for the slides with the daily schedule and curriculum outline, and she emailed me that she would not. I do not understand why this would be a problem- there is no information on those slides I can see needing to be private. I feel like the school is trying to shut me out for some reason and it has soured me on sending my daughter there. Can someone tell me why a school administrator would not want to send me these slides? Is there some legal reason I am just not getting?
