Finland Schools vs Sudbury Schools - Differences?

Both are predicated on improving upon the traditional education system and making it a more enjoyable experience for students.

But what are the key differences between the two? What's the general opinion here about Sudbury Schools?

I get the impression that Finland schools are the ideal(if one could move there...),but are Sudbury schools an acceptable alternative to the traditional education system? or are there major holes in that system that may leave a child unprepared for life as an adult?
