What are viable careers earning above US median wage for someone with only an associates degree. Also are there any viable solutions for finishing a 4 year degree without incurring painful debt?

I've spent the last 3 years searching for solution but each one is worse than not having an education....except even entry level jobs are asking for a 4 year degree. Add on top that those without a 4 year degree tend to live in utter precarity. Seems we are messed up either way. Its like choosing the devil. I'm out of ideas so I am asking smarter people if there's any possible solution.
