Hello Friends! As I am wrapping up this school year and planning for next year, I have set a goal for myself to develop a better system of organization for myself. Specifically, in my role I am the vortex for a lot of student information, scheduling, and planning and I really want to be on my game when it comes to keeping track of everything for all of my students and their unique needs.
I am curious, what are you all doing to keep yourself organized? How do you manage large caseloads of kids and keep track of everything you need to remember about them, everything you are asked to do and commit yourself to doing to support them, and how do you stop yourself from working into the grave to make it all happen?
