Hi guys just finished sophomore year with a 1.6 GPA. How screwed am I?

Finished freshman year with a 3 give or take and this year ended with a 1.6.

I’m planning on going to community college then transferring into a UC but let’s say I wanted to go straight to a UC, am I screwed because of my 1.6 gpa or is there still a chance at redemption in my final 2 years?
