My school district in Texas has an assessment center day and I have an appointment coming up next week. From what I can gather online researching, it’ll be some psychometric tests plus maybe an inbox role play, and a group or individual case study. I’ve been a teacher and school counselor for 17 years, this assessment center is to qualify to apply for an admin position. I’ve never participated in an assessment center. Any recommendations on how to prepare?
