38f starting fresh. Need advice.

As the title states… I am 38f and starting fresh. For the last 10 years, I have worked part time retail sales and restaurant jobs while my husband and I work together to care for our two kids. Before we had kids, I sold cars for six years and worked other professional sales jobs. I’d say my talents lie in the fact that I get along with everybody and can talk to anybody and generally people tend to like me which makes me great for any kind of face-to-face sales and customer service jobs. I do not have a college degree and I’m looking to start padding my résumé because after this year, I will be able to get back to working full-time because both kids will be in school full-time. I would love recommendations on completing an associates degree online at home or even just basic skills like learning excel or Microsoft office, or other basic online certifications that would provide with me a leg up when getting back into the workforce. Any advice is greatly appreciated, or even suggestions for jobs that would be good for me without a college degree. Not having a degree never set me back as far as getting good jobs and making good money before kids, but I would ideally like to find something where I don’t have to work weekends and holidays, and those usually require something more than my fantastic personality.
