Bachelors in psych in us, masters in psych in eu

Hi, I’ve been strongly considering getting a masters degree in psychology somewhere in Europe. I already have my bachelors in psych from a school in the states. I want to get my license to be a masters level therapist in the states (LPC I believe) when I come back. I was wondering if I’ll have any trouble getting the license with a masters oversees? Even though my citizenship and original degree are both from the USA, lived here my whole life, will getting a masters from a country like Germany, Italy, Spain, or the Netherlands ect, effect my ability to get a masters level therapy license in the US?
