Germany or Austria?

Hey everyone, I have recieved admission in SRH Berlin and in University of Klagenfurt.

Berlin seemed obviously better but because it's a private university, the fee is too high.

Should I stick with Berlin and take up a student loan or should I take admission in Klagenfurt (way less fee)

PS: Courses are pretty much the same in both the universities
