Should parents be allowed to give money to the school?

Here's the situation in my area. There are 3 schools.

School 1 has affluent families. One of the mothers wants to volunteer to be the schools volleyball coach. She has a dentist husband and is stay at home. She used to play volleyball in college and would be a great coach.

School 2 has middle class families, like plumbers and nurses. A few parents found a college student who is a great volleyball player and needs a job. They want to pool their money and hire her as a coach. The college student can't do it for free, but would be really good.

School 3 has mostly lower class parents. Fortunately, a teacher says they can help out. The teachers know nothing of volleyball and can't do much more than give gym access. A charitable individual in the area says they can get them some balls, nets and equipment. However, this might not really be enough to make a team happen.

Who, if anyone should get a volleyball team, and why?
