Cengage book refund

Guys hey listen idk if this is the right subreddit to post on this I don't know what to do I'm a broke college student and I accidentally purchased a physical copy of a book and I've been trying to get into customer help and everything but no budge yet and the website says to go to orders and from orders request the refund but my order is not in the orders tab and my card was charged I don't know what to do right now like I need this money back any help is greatly appreciated
