Needed advice

Hello everybody!!! I have a question about transfering into university after in community college, I am new in US I came here about a year and half ago, so I have a little knowledge about US edu system, especially most students would spend in cc and go to university for another 2 years for their bachelor. I am a Mechanical Engineering Technology student in cc, anybody can tell me how the process goes in transfering and also about the student loan on how to manage it. Thank you sorry for my english
