Should I Report this to my school? What should I do?

I am in the second week of class at my college. Everything is online. My professor had an online quiz last week without proctoring. The quizzes are ten minutes for ten questions.

There was another quiz today. He waited until the quiz opened to announce he had added a proctoring software. I pulled up the quiz and tried to take it on Edge. It didn’t work. I spent five minutes trying to download an extension that would allow the proctoring software he chose. All the while, I was messaging my professor in the video chat letting him know what was going on. I figured I might have to switch browsers, so I did, still updating him on my progress and attempts. He extended the due date by five minutes. Due to switching browsers, downloading the software, and logging into my accounts, I wasn’t able to start the quiz until there were only less than four minutes left. I did the best I count with roughly three minutes and had to submit with seconds left just to get the questions answered (couldn’t even read some of them).

I made a 60%. My teacher said “almost everyone was able to submit the quiz” and “those who had time to read the questions scored very high.” I’m trying to figure out what to do because I feel like what he did is wrong. I’m a senior; it’s not like I’m a freshman adjusting to college requirements and standards. What should I do? I feel like I should email him and try to see what he will do, but I need help deciding how to handle this.
