What information is there about what fiction books were required reading in USA schools for years 1995 through 2020, grades 3 through 12?

TLDR I am interested in knowing, as specific as we can get without accounting for every individual school in the entire nation of the USA, what books were required reading in USA schools for each grade between 3rd and 12th grade, and for each different type of school category as specific as we can go, and for each year between 1995 and 2020. I am interested in finding these possibly hard to find informations, or whatever is available of it as specific as you can find. Thank you very much in advance for the people responding who help find or know the informations and post it here. Here are the questions.

In year 1995, what books were usually taught by USA public schools to 3rd graders, and what books were often taught by USA private schools to 3rd graders?

In year 1995, what books were usually taught by USA public schools, and private schools, to 4th graders? 5th graders? 6th? 7th? 8th? 9th? 10th? 11th? 12th?

In year 1996... public schools... private schools... 3rd grade... 4th... etc... 12th....

Then 1997 - 2020.

I know not every school, or every state, is the same, even each teacher at each school... I'm just looking for the best information available. Thank you very much for your help tracking down such information.
