Should I/Can I work at a different learning center?

I’m not sure if anyone here has taught at a learning center like Kumon, Sylvan, or Mathnasium. But I’ve been working at one for a year and I feel like I’m no longer growing in my job and I dislike the curriculum and methods we use. I’m thinking about switching to another company that uses a different curriculum and takes a more hands on approach so I can actually have more experience teaching. I’m just worried that making this switch would reflect poorly on me in some way. If anyone has any advice I’d appreciate it!
