The staff at the school emotionally abuse my children

My daughter was sexually assaulted by a boy who goes to the same school. The boy's father has an extremely friendly relationship with the school management. Ever since the school district has been harassing my family and bullying my children, in an unimaginably barbaric way.

They have been victim-blaming my daughter, and treat the sexual offender as if he did nothing wrong. They are raising a future rapist, and I heard that boy was caught having sex with a girl at the school gym, but he did not get any consequences.

The only reason that I kept my daughter at school was that she had friends she knew since kindergarten. But my little girl had to go to school in fear of bumping into the sexual offender at school or if he would retaliate against her at school. Instead of helping her, the principal would not stop harassing my daughter even though she did nothing wrong. She was only a victim. When I told the principal that my daughter was cutting herself at home due to emotional distress, the principal escalated the emotional abuse against my daughter and my family. It is like her goal was to see my daughter commits suicide.

I pulled my daughter out of that school at the beginning of this year and her life has been so much better and happier. She gets all the services she needs for her disabilities and emotional issues at the new school even without me asking for them. They evaluated her thoroughly and found issues that I was not aware of. That's how a school is supposed to be!

However, I still have a son in that evil school district. The only reason I keep him there is because of his friends. It is traumatic for children to have to move to a new school, However, the school harasses him too. They put my son in the same room as the sex offender and the parents of the sexual offender even though this is against the law. The law says that a convicted sex offender should never be in the same building as the victim. My son knew that his sister was assaulted. Can you imagine how traumatized he was when he had to see the offender again? Moreover, the parents of the offender were very angry and aggressive with us during the trial. My son was not safe being near those people.

I do not know how to handle this. The superintendent is a close friend of the parents of the sex offender, the school has a high-rank ex-police officer working for them who still has influences in the police department that the police will not take action against the school district. If I report them to the department of education, the school district will just retaliate and escalate their abuse and harassment as they had done before to my family. They have been creating evil untruthful stories about my family and they will make my son's life at school as hell as they did to my daughter. They use their position in the school district so people believe those evil stories even though none of them is true. My family has no protection. I do not know what to do. There has been nothing that would stop this school district from abusing and harassing my family. Nothing literally.
