Orgs that help with student debt

hello, i am a soon-to-be college student from Algeria with very good marks and i really want to study far from where i live but our financial situation isn't very great and i heard that there is organizations that help with student loans and i was wondering if anyone here knows what can i get such help, or drop me the names of said orgs
