Idea to End School Shootings

It will take all of us, or at least 80% of us. You want school shootings to end? We need to organize, outside of our Unions. We need to take a stand. We need to hit them where it hurts.

We need to NOT show up for the Fall 2022 semester. I’m serious.

What are they going to do? Fire us? My district of 14 schools has 112 open job positions for August. We are desperate to find people to apply for any position.

My Union can’t do anything because it takes 31 steps to reach a Strike. I’m in California.

Then, we, as educators, demand that the Federal Government ban all AR-15 guns. We don’t return to the classroom, to babysit their kids, until the guns are GONE!
