I have a high GPA but I’m graduating off my IEP. What are my options?

I have missed so much school which is the reason I don’t have the credits to graduate. I have never failed a class. I was wondering if community collages would accept me or if it is possible to also get a GED after I graduate? Otherwise what are my options?
