If I could just influence us on changing um uh I’m I want to get some a change uh in a word that we use a lot in terms of our mindset.

We love, in our parish, to talk about programs. I tell people we should talk about pathways for kids because you know that we have programs but kids are trying to get into a pathway to become something. Uh and I think that that’s the shift that we have to think about.

So yes, we have programs, you know, whether it is dedicated to groups that people choose to go into but the question that we are trying to solve in a very equitable standpoint is that there’s enough pathways whenever a child chooses…
