Temporary Supervisor Role: What should I be concerned about?

Hi everyone, I am temp taking over a managerial role while my supervisor is on maternity leave. What questions should I ask my supervisor before she leaves as I make the transition in her role. It won't be long and pay will not be an issue. The supervisor is asking for concerns areas that I may have and if there is anything I would be worried about while I fill her shoes. I honestly don't have any concerns but I want to come up with something to seem like it's a big deal...I hope that makes sense. 😀😀😀
