Drawing + typing apps. At a loss :)

Hiya, I'm assuming more posts like this exist, but since I'm very particular, I thought I'd make my own.

I'm a biomed major. Lots of typing + drawing. I'm looking for something to take notes on that both support writing and drawing. I, however, think I'm a bit too picky and can't find anything good.

VERY IMPORTANT: need to be able to work in same document on iPad and Windows.

What I've tried:

  1. Goodnotes: my go to, but the update ruined a lot. Furthermore, typing is limited: no multi level lists, styles ... overall like the drawing aspect. Hate the typing. Also girlfriend can't read handwriting so reciting is hard + handwriting everything is time consuming.

  2. Word: love the typing + styles. My go to for typing, but drawing is a pain. Especially when things shift and stuff. A mix of word typing and goodnotes writing is what I'm looking for.

  3. OneNote: Word is better in typing aspect and more versatile.

What I want:

  1. Word for typing: multi-level lists, premade styles, easy ...

  2. Drawing: hold to make straight line, lasso tool. Just good drawing like goodnotes.

  3. Cross-Platform cloud.

  4. Nice UI. Easy to navigate

I just can't seem to find the right place for it.

Right now it's keeping me from being productive and borderline making me panic because I just can't get it to work out for me.

Kindly leave your suggestions below :)
