i have learned absolutely nothing from school, my life could be literally better if i never went to school to begin with

im almost 30 and education has never had any value in my life so far, i graduated from school and numerous courses and still didn't learn anything. and im not exaggerating. school was the absolute worst time in my life, the depression and anxiety that it gave me still follows me to this day, i absolutely don't even remember anything from school, i practually even forgot the face of my teachers and classmates by now. i feel like i failed by just being born, but also that everyone around me failed me too. so i just gave up on any sort of education by now, and even if didn't gave up it would be pointless too since ai will take everyone's job in less than a decade anyway
