Just curious if any country's teach there students the basics of driving or even the highway code as in the UK most young drivers pay upwards of £1000 in most cases sometimes less or sometimes more between lessons/theory/practical test. I understand this obviously creates a market for driving instructors but surely they could be covered by school funding to pay instructors to be employed to the schools themselves and still allow instructors to work outside of schools with people who didn't take the class or still needed additional lessons to pass. I know the practical and thoery test are payed to government funded/controlled organisations so they could still be separate from the schools curriculum and still be charged independently but i mean religious education was mandatory in my school and only teaches the country's most widely accepted religion. Just curious if any other country's have different curriculums that include driving.
