How do I get into this course/do another year of school in Canada if I did AS Levels up until now

So I want to apply to a college but they require AS Level/A Level English, issue is I didn't take AS Level English ,I just finished my AS Levels ,I already past 18 years old just this past June , is it possible to transfer to a Canadian school and do another year of school there, where I get credits for English and improve my not so great grades, is that a possibility and how would I go about it, do I move there do I transfer credits exactly how do I do this stuff,moving from the UAE
