Transferring credits from a 4-year to get an Associates?

Hi all,

I currently have 100 and some credits and am on break from college for a bit. I was wondering if were possible to apply to a local community college and finish whatever intro courses they have to acquire an Associates. Reason being, my job promotion requires at least an Associates. I will finish my Bachelors later though!
