Brilliant.org for a university replacement

I was wondering if getting brilliant.org subscription can help you learn stuff without having to go to university to take on that suggest. For instance your wanting to get smarter, or brush up on some skill or even gain a whole skill set in that way of thinking like logic, problem solving, etc but you don't want to go to university and study things like that. Is Brilliant.org a good option to get you "smart".
