am i allowed to ask other teachers for help?

i’m aware this is a silly question but i’m genuinely unsure by it.

i don’t understand the way my science teacher teaches — i’ve tried coming to him and asking one on one, but i’m still not understanding. i’ve tried reading the textbook, googling it, and asking my mom for help lol, but i just can’t grasp the concept.

and my math teacher from last year is also a science teacher, and he said once he enjoys physics the most (the unit i’m struggling with). i’ve never had him for science but i thought it would be worth a try to ask him, since everyone explains things differently.

i’m just wondering if he’s allowed to help me? is it wrong to ask him for help? i’m just really struggling and i dunno what else to do.
