This is crucial for both short and long-term memory formation. 3️⃣ You build cognitive reserve Like a savings account for your brain, memorization creates backup neural networks. But here's the concerning part... In our digital age, we're outsourcing our memory to devices. When was the last time you memorized a phone number?
