Not informing about the first bachelor’s degree to pursue another degree

I have a bachelor’s degree and an associate degree. If I want to pursue a bachelor’s degree at a university that does not allow a second degree, can I apply as a community college transfer only with my associate transcript? Will the university have any way to know?
