I [F USA] know someone [25M UK] who overcame many difficulties in recent years. He began studying law in the UK in fall 2017 but dropped out during the pandemic (2.5/3 years). He has always excelled in math and physics so he wants to get a physics degree in the USA, but I'm not sure how to check which schools or scholarships he may be eligible for. He wants to leave the UK as soon as possible, but he's been advised to complete the courses he has left for his law degree first. He doesn't want to because he is no longer interested in the field. It is also worth mentioning he was born in the USA so he has dual citizenship. What is the best course of action moving forward?
