Need help with lecturer hiring

Hi,

I am about to interview some applications for an undergradute lecturer position. If you have some tips in what to look for in a lecturer please kindly share with me. This is my first time doing this.

I am thinking of some merit and assessment criteria with some foundation questions that I need to ask each applicants.

The course is for business and marketing major.
