How long does it take for a HS to enter grades on transcripts?

I am a registrar that started working for an online school some months ago. This is my first time I've been in this type of job position, so I'm still learning a lot about the job itself.

My question is.... how long does it normally take for a high school to enter students grades into a transcript?

I ask this because I was first told it would be 11/6 when they would be entered for the first part of the 23-24 SY, but once that date came around I was then told it would be 11/13-14. It is now 11/16 and I still have not seen ANY final grades entered on students transcripts... And I keep getting emails and calls from students, families and schools asking why we haven't sent their most recent transcript yet or when they could expect one. I am not able to enter those grades myself - I only enter them when students come to our school and I upload credits from the transcripts we receive. And I don't know what to tell students on a date since the one I'm given keeps changing.

So yesterday morning I sent an email to several admin people in our school who would at least probably know something about it, asking for any kind of update or reminding them that it needs to be done (as I have no power to do it myself). I have only been met with silence - no one has yet responded, but I know for a fact most of them have been working and seeing their emails. I see that they're online through zoom or teams. The only person I know who can't do anything is my supervisor, as he is gone this week due to bereavement. He is one of the few people I have respect for here so there's no way I'm bothering him about it til he gets back, and he's not the one who enters them in anyways.

And ever since I've been working here, I've been seeing some questionable stuff and some shoddy work, particularly for the high school grades. They're really unorganized and even when I told my partner how I did my job and all the issues I come across, he also thinks this school is a mess and what would be akin to "held together with Shoe strings and gum".

There's a lot of issues I'd like to talk about, but mainly I'm just wondering how long it takes for high schools to update transcripts so that I can see whether I'm just being inpatient or my concern is valid here.

Does anyone know or have experience with that?
