Received a lot of money for Economics project in school, what should I do with it?

Received a lot of money for Economics project in school, what should I do?

An old rich guy gave us a very generous sum, the specific amount yet has to he disclosed but I know it’s in the thousands of euros (more or less equivalent to dollars nowadays). He only asked that that money goes towards projects in the field of economics.

Being the only economics teacher in my school, the board asked me to come up with ideas of projects we could start with this money.

I feel a lot of pressure to come up with ideas and here’s what I got so far:

• start a finance/investment club
• help students with entrepreneurial projects

I submitted these ideas but have been told there would be quite some money leftover even after these two projects. Any inspiration on what I could do with it?
