What are some opportunities I can do this summer to increase my education?

I am currently a college student who is going home for the summer. Besides an internship I'll be doing and some Sophia Learning classes online, what else can I do? Preferably something in the public policy field. Does Harvard Kennedy School have any remote opportunities? Looking for credentials I could add to my LinkedIn possibly
