I signed up for a $60 yearly subscription last April. They emailed me about renewal happening soon, so I logged in and searched and searched for a way on my membership to cancel the subscription.
It led me to email to cancel. After three back-and-forth emails with me telling them to cancel my subscription, I just got billed again.
I have now had to unsubscribe with a tool the renewal email gave me.
Basically it was impossible to unsubscribe ahead of time. Congrats, Wizer. You got another $60 from me.
Buyer beware, educators.
