How bad is it to hop jobs every few years in the field of education?

I'm 34 years old and currently working in higher education as the lead coordinator for a large-scale local educational conference. I was looking at my resume and noticed that I have only had prior positions that were between a year and three years long at most (I started as a teacher for a few years after I graduated undergrad, then stopped to focus on a graduate degree, then was a Grad Assistant for a year while in school, then took a year and a half break due to COVID and family health, then worked in student housing for another few years, and now I am about a year into my current position. The main reason for my job-hops has been due to offers of higher salary and advancement opportunities but I know in certain other fields, employers would look at these job hops and breaks as big red flags. I'm wondering what the general impression is when it comes to education, specifically higher education, and what I can do to help myself (other than just get more years in at my current job) to address any overall negative impressions.
