I think many people have a lot of skills but can't reach top universities and are then for the most part kept out of the best jobs. If there was an opportunity for employees to document their skills through task-based activities and conversational style interviews, do you think this would be a good way to level the playing field? Essentially looking at skills and creativity over credentials(which I don't think we currently do). Please let me know! Any criticisms or other ideas are great as well
