Which class should I take ?

I’m a sophmore going into junior year in high school and I want to become a doctor and go into medical school after college. I’m debating whether I take the CTE program Biomed 3: Human Body Systems for this career, but I also want to get another AP class in and take a less medical science course, probably AP Chem or AP ES (or even AP Gov). What should I do ? I really want to take another AP but I also feel obligated to take the biomed class as it fits my career after high school. I already am taking Anatomy + Physiology senior year.
