Why isn't Learning just Concise Cheatsheets?

I promise this isn't generic "I hate school because it doesn't teach me what I want"

Right now the way that this works is that teacher's give you a bunch of non-concise and confusing sources of materials from which you find clues and patterns to derive general processes.

We should just be presented with concise cheetsheets containing all of those processes at the beginning instead of searching for those ourselves. And then ofc practice the problems.

Learning is about more than just memorizing algorithms or knowledge. Learning is a logical process.
I recognize that, but I do not see the point in making source material sooo much more unconcise and confusing than it should be. These algorithms can be simplified.
