Can I list my level 6 diploma as a bachelor's degree on my CV?

From what I've read, a level 6 diploma is equivalent to a bachelor's degree with honors. So can I list it as a bachelor's degree, since it's not technically a lie? I don't think people in America know what a level 6 diploma is.

I am an American and I earned my level 6 from an institute in the United kingdom.
