Pseudoscience being taught in college pharmacology and anatomy classes in a public college.

My classes at college have entire pages and test questions dedicated to right/left brain (like whether you are more numbers oriented or art oriented) in their neurology units. The previous unit covered chiropractic and subluxations as if they were real. I'm going to a public college! Why is this a thing? When I talked to a teacher last she basically mocked me saying "You're not a doctor, chiropractic is real and good medicine" like WHAT??? WHY DO I HAVE TO BE A DOCTOR TO CALL YOU OUT ON TEACHING UNTRUE THINGS???

Why on earth isn't this curriculum being reviewed by the state? Why on earth do I have to even deal with this mess??
