(Hypothetical) What should a teacher do if a student makes sexual advances toward them?

While I’m aware of some of the details regarding Title IX, I know there are still some schools that can overlook sexual harassment on the parts of students. However I haven’t had much exposure to what we should do as teachers if a student were to ever “come onto” us. There are definitely big differences between aggressive advances and just shallow flirtation, so my big question is how do we handle it? How do we prevent students from objectifying us sexually? How can we get in front of the issue before it comes back to haunt us? I appreciate any feedback.
