What's the hardest? 🤔

Getting Graduate teaching assistant/Graduate research assistant positions or normal admissions to Prestigious universities? (Harvard, Stanford, MIT, etc.)

My GPA is 3.5 so it's hard to be competitive at these universities. Do you think I could become a Graduate teaching assistant or graduate research assistant instead? Or does that require an even higher GPA?
