Does any one else have a harder time studying material with electronic text than paper text? What do you think could be done to improve e-texts??

Ever since the pandemic hit, Ive been doing most of my readings and learning through a screen as opposed to physical books. There is a deficiency in how well I learn and also in my reading speed. I know that electronic text is a relatively new form of information transfer, so I'm wonder what you think could be done to improve e-text so it is a more effect Ive learning tool.
