Can I get my masters in Psychology with a B GPA?

I live in Toronto. I have a 3.0 (B) GPA. I really want to get my masters in psychology (counselling) or anything related.

In the Greater Toronto Area, some schools have a minimum requirement of a 3.0 GPA for admission, but because it is very competitive, you usually need a 4.0.

I am now looking outside the Toronto Area to get my masters degree. Does anyone recommend any online programs in Canada or the US?
