What can we do for first generation girls students

In a class of a public school in the capital of Nepal, 25 out of the 29 girls are first generation students who parent/s have not gone to school.

These students face problems related to school work, guidance for coursework, support for finding paths, higher education and career planning. First time students need support at various stages as most often the immediate family and peers don’t necessarily have experience and knowledge to provide guidance as they have not pursued education before.

Looking for possible ideas of what we can do for them.
